Day 1A of the MSPT Grand Falls $350 Regional drew 112 entries including Fishing Hall of Famer and MSPT champ Ted Takasaki, four-time WSOP Circuit ring winner Mark Fink, and Minnesota pro Aaron Johnson.

After 16 levels of play, just 15 players remained with Brian Wika and his stack of 368,000 leading the way. Others who bagged and tagged were Brian Berend (359,000), who is pictured above, as well as Sam Johnson (172,000), Andrew Roberson (106,000), and Aaron Johnson (41,000).

All of those players will return at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday for Day 2 action. Meanwhile, two more starting flights are on the schedule. The 1B flight will kick off at 5 p.m. on Friday, while 1C will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
