Rodger Johnson raised to 6,000 from the cutoff, and was called by Charlie Nguyen on the button, before Drew Schulz three-bet shoved for 55,700. Charlie Workman tanked for a bit in the big blind before waking up with a four-bet shove for 140,000, which was enough to shake Johnson and Nguyen from the pot.

Schulz’s squeeze ran into the ladies of Workman, and the flop brought no immediate help to Schulz. The gave Schulz eight new outs with an open-ended straight draw, but the river gave Schulz the winning hand with a set, propelling him up the leaderboards while knocking Workman from the six-figure plateau.
