Action on the table folded to defending Champ Anthony Kastelic, who raised to 18,000 from the button, only to have fellow MSPT Champ Muneer Ahmed toss out his 48,000 from the small blind.

Day 1a chip leader Michael Cassiday-Maloney, made the call from the big blind, and Kastelic came along as well, bringing about a flop.

Cassiday-Maloney then check-folded to a 125,000 bet from Kastelic, and the final two hands were tabled.
