Maurice Hawkins opened under the gun for 210,000, only to have Stephen Green fire out a 575,000 three-bet next to act, and chip leader Mike Hurley four-bet jam from the small blind.

Hawkins quickly got out of the way, while Green thought for a few moments before calling off his 2,000,000 stack.
