Heads-up play lasted just one hand.

In the final hand of the tournament, Brayden Gazlay raised the button to 1.7 million and Nadar Kakhmazov called to see a jd 8d 2h flop.

Kakhmazov checked, Gazlay bet 1.8 million, and Kakhmazov check-raised to 6 million. Gazlay responded by moving all in and Kakhmazov wasted little time in making the call.

Kakhmazov: 9d 7d
Gazlay: jh 2d

Gazlay had flopped two pair, but Kakhmazov was drawing big to a straight and flush. The 10h turn gave him the straight, and Gazlay needed to find either a jack or deuce on the river.

The dealer burned one last time and put out the 3h, the final card of the 2017 MSPT Venetian!
