On April 3-7, 2019 at Golden Gates Poker Parlour and Casino, 778 players took to the felt in search of the MSPT $360 Golden Gates Regional Event championship, and when the dust settled, Longmont, Colorado poker pro Aaron Frei was able to navigate the remaining 114 player field on Day 2 to ship the title and $36,968 after a three-way chop. (Chops are permitted at MSPT Regional Events) Frei, Naval Subbarayan (2nd - $30,328) and Daryl Martz (3rd - $29,098) were the trio that chopped up the lion's share of the prize pool.
