The final day of the MSPT Season 17 $1,110 Main Event at Ameristar East Chicago Casino comes to its conclusion today, with cards set to be in the air at 11:00 a.m. local time.

The three starting flights combined to form a 386-entry field, which was enough to blast past the $300,000 guarantee and generated a $372,920 prize pool.

A total of 43 players were able to find a bag after the three starting flights, and those lucky enough to do so will be returning today for Day 2.

Jinha Park

Starting the final day with the overall chip lead is Jinha Park, who clipped the milly mark after yesterday’s final starting flight to edge out Ivan DelValle and Casey Blakeley for the number one spot, as each of them will be looking to maneuver their top stacks into a first MSPT title

Two-Time MSPT Champion

While the aforementioned players have positioned themselves well in the final day, others like two-time MSPT Champ Mike Estes (261,000), the MSPT’s top casher DJ Buckley (222,000), Allen Pritchett (211,000), Kevin Maahs (188,000), Cody Brinn (170,000), two-time WSOP bracelet winner Scott Bohlman (117,000), MSPT Champ Anthony Kastelic (103,000), and Marius Toderici (78,000) all have an uphill battle in hopes of hoisting the title for themselves.
