Day 1b of the MSPT $1,110 Main Event has come to an end at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino after seeing an impressive 425 entries recorded, taking the two-day total thus far to 680, with one flight still to go.

Another full day of action took course, knocking down the 425 entries to just 47 players as the hard stop was reached in Level 16 with 3:43 remaining when Indiana native Dustin Bowling put on a display to end the night with 674,000 to edge out Ryan Ellison (620,000) and Mark Cahill (592,000) for the top stack this flight.

MSPT Hall of Famer Josh Reichard was in the driver's seat late until he lost a late-night double, but he was still able to end the night with 584,000, while Travis Hague (554,000) rounded out the top five stacks.

Others to survive the night included MSPT Hall of Famer’s Rich Alsup (392,000) & Matt Kirby (314,000), MSPT Champ Jeff Copeland (235,000), fellow Hall of Famer Chris Moon (105,000) and 2025 Michigan Poker State Champion Corey Wick (26,000), as they are just a few more of the players to add their names to the Day 2 roster along with the 29 to have already advanced from Day 1a.

Among those to try and fall on Day 1b included Bruce Fagan, MSPT Champ Ken Komberec, Carlton Taylor, Chuck Kersey, and WSOP bracelet winner Jean “Prince” Gaspard, just to name a few.

The final starting flight begins tomorrow at noon local time, giving players their last chance to secure a spot in Sunday's Day 2.

Late registration and re-entries will remain open through Level 12 (approximately 9:10 p.m.)
