Day 1c of the MSPT Season 15 Sycuan Showdown Series $1,110 Main Event drew 201 entries, the biggest field of all three starting flights, bringing the overall field up to 451.

The combined fields generated a $435,970 prize pool, and all on 53 players on the Day 2 roster will be getting paid a minimum of $2,000, while the eventual winner will walk away with a $93,771 first-place prize.

At the end of the third and final flight, players bagged and tagged with Raad Nasouri bagging the overall chip lead with 612,000.

The final level of the evening saw an onslaught of casualties which included MSPT Season 14 Player of the Year Umut Ozturk, MSPT champ Steve Wilkie and DJ Buckley, who in the final hand of the evening had his pocket aces set up Nasouri’s pocket sevens.

Others to bag big stacks where Weston Mizumoto (392,000), Ron Sengi (389,000), Sammy Weisman (386,000), & Jared Griener (375,000), as they were rounded out the top five stacks.

They were joined by Jessica Vierling (366,000), Rudy Shamo (356,000), Eider Cruz (289,000), Dillon Najor (258,000), and Taylor Bell (226,000).

The surviving players from all three flights – of which there are 53 (13 from Day 1a, 16 from 1b, and 24 from 1c) – will return at 11:00 a.m. local time on Sunday, January 14th to play down to a winner.
