Day 1c of the inaugural MSPT Spade Poker Championship has come to an end at FireKeepers Hotel Casino, as the final starting flight brought in an astonishing 1,182 runners, which, along with 1a's 577 and 1b’s 1,014, brought the field total up to 2,773 entries, generating a whopping $2,688,310 prize pool.

At the end of the final flight, just 131 players bagged and tagged with Jennifer Lin, bagging the top stack of 901,000.

Lin took a hit late in the night after her pocket kings were cracked, but she was able to regain her composure to edge out Dave Bashel (845,000) and Allen Pritchett (807,000) for the top stack after the final flight.

Round out the top stacks of the flight were Steve Anderson (688,000), and Yuki Nakatsuka (670,000), while MSPT champ Sean Hinton (609,000), Keerat Bawa (416,000), Brett ‘Pops’ Reichard (407,000), and WSOP bracelet winner Robert Mitchell (389,000) all found a Day 2 berth.

Among those who took their shot but fell short on Day 1c included t, two-time MSPT champ Angela Jordison , Nic DiTrapani, Bryan Skreens, and WSOP bracelet winner John Reading, just to name a few.

Day 2 will get underway at 10:00 a.m. local time and play to a winner, with 307 players (64 from Day 1a, 112 from 1b, and from 1c) returning to the felt.

Each of the returning Day 2 players is guaranteed at least $2,149, with the eventual winner walking away with a $376,603 first-place prize.
