There was heads-up action after a flop between WSOP bracelet winner Anthony Marquez from the hijack and Edward Mroczkowski from the cutoff.
Marquez check-raised to 15,000 after Mroczkowski fired out a 4,200 bet, and then all the chips went into the middle with Marquez holding 27,800 effecvtive.

Marquez was behind holding a flush draw, and the turn left him needing any diamond card to fall on the river.
Luckily for him, the dealer delivered, as the completed the board and secured his double-up.

With a completed board showing and just over 24,000 in the middle, Ehsan Amiri checked his option from the small blind, only to be faced with a 23,800 all-in bet from Abhinav Iyer from middle position.
The bet sent Amiri deep into the tank, and after some careful thought, he decided to release his hand into the muck, giving Iyer the pot.

There was heads-up action between Mitch Garshofsky from under the gun and Paul Gibbons seated to his left, with a board showing.
With roughly 15,000 already in the middle, Garshofsky check-called a 7,500 bet from Gibbons, and watched the pair the board on the river.
This time, Garshofsky led out with a 10,000 bet, and it was enough to get Gibbons to lay his hand down.

Pei was at risk, hoping for some help, but the flop left her needing running aces to stay alive.
Unfortunately for Pei, the board completed with running on the turn and river, sending her to a new table.

Moffett quickly tabled for trip sevens, and it was good as Pei released her hand into the muck.

Malo Berry opened for 800 from middle position and was called by Michael Capener from the hijack before Marcus Garza fired out a 2,600 three-bet from the cutoff.
Action then folded to Cory Rock, who upped the ante to 5,800, and only Garza called.
The two then went heads-up to a flop, and Rock led out with a 6,500 continuation bet, only to have Garza raise to 30,000.
A call would be for the rest of Rock's remaining stack, and after some careful thought, he decided to lay his hand down.
