Day 1b of the MSPT Season 15 Bally's Black Hawk Showdown Series $1,110 Main Event has come to an end after seeing 226 entries take to the felt, taking the two-day total thus far to 351.

Of those 226 entries, only 24 players remained when chips went into bags with none other than MSPT Hall of Famer Josh Reichard utilizing his late-night skills to catapult to the top of the counts as his 737,000 is not only the top stack of the night, but good enough for the overall lead thus far.

Beau Battista (636,000), and Don Marquis (612,000), were the only other players to bag north of 600k while fellow Hall of Famer Umut Ozturk rode a late-night wave as well to put 560,000 in his bag to end the night.

Nate Zoller (390,000), rounded out the top five stacks while John Palermino (313,000), WSOP bracelet winner Ben Keeline (189,000), Maz Keshavarzi (146,000), and Vinny Moscati (119,000), are just a few more of the players to add their names to the Day 2 roster along with the 13 to have already advanced from Day 1a.

The final starting flight will get underway tomorrow at Noon local time, and it will be the last chance for players to punch their ticket into Sunday's Day 2.

Late registration and re-entries will remain open through Level 12 (approximately 9:10 p.m.)

Matt Langford raised all in from the cutoff for 94,000 and MSPT Champ Steve Wilkie called from the big blind holding 97,000.

Wilkie was behind holding an inferior ace and things got worse after the flop paired Langford’s ace while giving him the nut flush draw.

The turn was no help to Wilkie as he was left drawing dead to the river and his remining 3,000 chips were gone the very next hand.

Robert Brown was all in for 90,000 from under the gun and Joe Brindle looked him up from the button.

Over the past week, players have been inside Bally's Casino duking it out for the MSPT Showdown Series in Black Hawk, Colorado.

In Event #13: $200 No-Limit Hold'em Monster Stack Nightly, a 73-player field took to the felt, and walking away the victor was Michael Starek who claimed the Spadey trophy!

MSPT champ Steve Wilkie raised from the late position and then called Dinh Nguyen’s 76,000 three-bet jam from the cutoff.

Both players rolled over the same hand only Nguyen’s was suited and he jokingly said, “How bout a club, huh Steve”? just before the dealer fanned out a flop giving him the nuts.

The meaningless turn and river completed the board, securing Nguyen his much-needed double.

The MSPT returned to the beautiful mountainside of Black Hawk, Colorado for its second stop of the 15th season, and players have been inside Bally's Casino duking it out over the past week for its Showdown Series!

In Event #12: $300 No-Limit Hold'em Tag Team, 248 players took to the field and generated a $28,520 prize pool that was paid out to the top 15 teams.

Among those to cash but fall before the final table were Phanora & Melodi Prom (10th Place - $586), Luke Amrein & Ross Lantzy (11th Place - $586), Jamal Sawaqdeh & Demetre Dimotsantos (12th Place - $586), Brielle Erdie & Trevor Hightower (13th Place - $484), Carl Caranna & Michael Baruth (14th Place - $484), and Lisa Liberski & Andrew Koblitz (15th Place - $484).

Coming out the top team was Brian Beck & John Maroney II who took home the top prize along with the MSPT Spadey trophies!
