The players returned from break, and the pace of play went crazy to end things with multiple bustouts in the first five minuets of the level. When the dust settled it was Evan Barnett who held the chip lead with a stack worth 381,000. The only other player above 300,000 was Ricky Mao with holdings worth 326,000. These eight players will join everyone else that advances to Day 2 of the tournament on Tuesday, May 28 with cards getting back in the air at 11:00 am for the final day of play. Flight B starts tomorrow at 11:10 am, with Flight C following on Monday at the same kickoff time. Registration will be open for both flights until the start of Level 9 just before 6:00 pm local time in this $1,100 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament with a $500,000 guarantee here at the Venetian Poker Room right next to the Las Vegas Strip.
