The second and final starting flight of the MSPT (Mid States Poker Tour) $1,100 Myster Bounty at The Venetian Las Vegas has come to an end after 11 hours of action.
Day 1b attracted 211 runners during Wednesday's action, bringing the grand total to 318 entries (107 from Day 1a; 211 from 1b).
Once the field was reduced to 11%, it was Joseph Sanfeliu who was able to maintain the top stack throughout the night to take the overall chip lead into the final day with 629,000.
Following behind Sanfeliu was Craig Mason who was able to end the night sending WSOP bracelet winner Dylan Linde home just before the bubble in a kings vs queens hand and will take the second top stack into Day 2 with 523,000.
Bagging just behind Mason was Sean Berman (520,000) who burst the bubble when he flopped a set of jacks against three-time MSPT champ Eric Baldwin.
Rounding out the top five stacks of the night were Ronnie Lamb (405,000), & Salameh Bahhur (373,000), while Kevin Stevens (341,000), Jack Corrigan (292,000), and two-time bracelet winner David Jackson ((252,000), all found a Day 2 berth.
Day 2 will get underway bright and early at 11:00 a.m. local time and play to a winner with 36 players returning to the felt so make sure to come back and find out who walks away the new MSPT Venetian $1,100 Mystery Bounty Poker Bowl Champion!
