Today’s third and final starting flight presents the last opportunity for players to earn their seats for a Day 2 berth to join the 37 who are already on the roster.
The two-day total sits at 351 after Thursday’s starting flight saw 125 entries take to the felt while yesterday's Day 1B drew in another 226 to add to the tally,

Final Flight Outlook
Cards will be in the air at Noon local time with players getting a 30,000 stack to start with. Similar to the previous starting flights, the final day will end once 11% of the field is reached.
Levels will be of 40-minutes in length for the duration of the day with 10-minute breaks coming after every two hours of play,
Players will get a 40-minute dinner break after Level 9 with late registration/re-entries remaining open until the start of Level 13, and players are allowed unlimited re-entries until that point.
As for the happenings on the first two days, MSPT Hall of Famer Josh Reichard emerged as the chip leader after Day 1b bagging 737,000, topping Greg Collins (708,000), and Shahar Biniaminov (701,000) as they are the only other players to bag north of 700k.

So far, less than half of the 37 players currently on the Day 2 roster bagged north of the chip 284,000 chip average, and one last group of players will try to add their names to the list today.
All who advance will return on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. local time for Day 2 to join the 37 players already on that roster.
Race for Player of the Year
The midway point of Season 15 is here and the race for Player of the Year is heating up. Currently sitting atop the tight leaderboard is MSPT champ Curtis Vierstraete with 3,350 points while MSPT Hall of Famer Umut Ozturk is hot on his tail with 3,200 points and has already found a Day 2 berth to continue his quest to become the first ever to win back-to-back Players of the Year awards.
