Created (7/27/2024 12:21:32 PM by Anthony Thompson)

Over the past week, players have been inside Bally's Casino duking it out for the MSPT Showdown Series in Black Hawk, Colorado.

The series started with a bang after Event #1: $360 NLH Regional recorded a whopping 1,058 entry field which created a $324,000 prize pool, smashing the $100k guarantee, and paid out to the top 117 players.

Among those to cash but fall short of the final table were Joseph Sekrieh (10th Place - $4,838), Michael Starek (26th Place - $1,847), defending regional champ Pawel Mastalerz (49th Place - $972), Jeremy "Woody" Wood (50th Place - $972), and Sammy Aweida (64th Place - $842).

In the end, it was Colorado native Joshua Feiger who took down the $59,130 top prize along with the Sapdey trophy!
