The player under the gun opened with a raise to 1,600 and MSPT Champ Jeff Copeland fired out a 4,000 three-bet from middle position before two-time Player of the Year Umut Ozturk upped the ante with an 8,000 four-bet from the hijack.

The cutoff then quickly moved out their 27,600 stack and action folded back to the initial raiser, who called off their shorter 23,600.

Both Copeland and Ozturk smooth called, checking the flop to the turn.

Copeland moved out a bet into the side pot, and Ozturk quickly relesed his hand into the muck.

Joseph Plassmeyer opened under the gun for 1,500 and was called by Mike Suggs and Patrick Zoeller before MSPT Hall of Famer Gerald Cunniff fired out a 10,000 three-bet from the small blind.

Action folded back to Plassmeyer, who tossed out his remaining 14,000 stack, pushing Suggs out of the pot before Zoeller five-bet jammed over the top.

Witha ction back on Cunniff, he called off his remaining stacrting stack, and all three hands were tabled.

Cunniff was ahead holding a apir of jacks, until the flop fell, improving Zoeller to top set.

The dealer then turned the giving Plassmeyer some hope with a gutshot straight draw, but the completed the board on the river and secured Zoller the double knockout.
